Inktober 2017 Day 4 - Underwater

Any character I get my hands on ends up tortured at some point. This is simply a random offshoot image from Othertale that is only related to the story through the characters here (yes, there are indeed two characters depicted here). Poor Keplar, close to that of a teen, is being dragged under the surface by a goopy Gaster.
